When you interact with these Social Media Pages, we may collect Personal Data that you provide to us, such as your contact details. In addition, the companies that host our Social Media Pages may provide us with aggregate information and analytics regarding the use of our Social Media Pages.

Analytics: We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyze how users use the Site and enhance your experience when you use the Site. However, we are unable to update or delete any of your personally identifiable information that has been shared with a third party as permitted in this Privacy Policy. We will be happy to review, update or remove information as appropriate. 6. HOW GLOTDOJO PROTECTS YOUR INFORMATION

We have security procedures for the storage and disclosure of personal information in order to prevent unauthorized access, hacking, loss of data and other digital risks. Keep in mind, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is ever fully secure or error-free. While we strive to use high standard protective means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee you absolute security. You are solely responsible for what information you provide us, and by agreeing to this policy, you agree with our security procedures at the time of provision and accept the associated risks.

7. INTERNATIONAL USERS

By using our Service, you understand and acknowledge that your Personal Data will be transferred from your location to the facilities and servers of GlotDojo in Vietnam.

7. DATA DELETION

You can delete your account and terminate your use of the Services at any time by locating the ‘delete profile’ option in the settings section of your Profile. Once you have deleted your Account, you will no longer have access to your Profile and we will delete all data associated with your account. We accept no liability for the deletion of information or content from your Profile. You acknowledge and accept that certain User Content may remain after the deletion of your Profile and that the User Content Licence shall not be revoked or terminated. You can not recover the account you have deleted. If you have a Premium Subscription when you delete your Account, you will not receive a refund for any time remaining on your subscription. Each email address can only be connected to one GlotDojo at a time, and deleting an account won't free the email up for use on another account. Please note that, for security reasons, subscribers of our paid services will first be instructed to cancel their subscriptions before they can delete their GlotDojo account.

9. MODIFICATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

Please review this policy periodically, and especially before you provide any Personal Data. This Privacy Policy was last updated on the EFFECTIVE DATE referenced below. Your continued use of the Services after any changes or revisions to this Privacy Policy shall indicate your agreement with the terms of such revised Privacy Policy.
